total commadner（原名：windows commander）是個功能極為強悍的檔案管理軟體，它主要分成左右兩個檔案瀏覽窗格，讓我們可以非常輕鬆的進行檔案的複製、移動…等作，支援 zip、rar、cab…等壓縮檔的處理，內建簡易的 ftp 功能，並支援 fxp。其他更有同步功能，檔案分割合併，搜尋重複檔案…等功能。
【中文化說明】
解壓縮後的檔案，放置於安裝目錄內的「language」資料夾，啟動軟體後，點選上方的「configuration」再選擇「options」，點選左邊的「language」，再於右邊選擇「繁體中文」，再直接按「ok」即可。
