《金信幼兒園收費管理系統》是廣州市金信電腦技術有限公司依據自身對財政管理業務多年的研究，結合多年收費軟件開發經驗和先進的軟件開發技術研發的適合幼兒園收費管理的計算機軟件；該軟件操作簡便、流程清晰、功能完善；適應多種收費模式，能實現自動識別收費票據種類，自動調用票據號碼進行打印，自動生成各類彙總統計報表；並能與財政部門票據管理軟件對接，實現票據入庫和核銷自動化，能爲幼兒園收費的規範化、高效化以及減輕幼兒園收費的工作量提供極大幫助。
系統目標
充分利用當今計算機信息技術，提供統一的、操作方便實用的幼兒園收費管理平台，實現方便統一收費、全面管理的目的。
系統特點
1、設計靈活，適應銀行代收及現場繳費等多種收費方式；
2、與財政部門票據軟件接口，提供票據入庫、核銷等信息的導入導出；
3、提供支票、銀行進賬單等票據的套打；
4、提供按項目收費和按應繳費總額收費兩種方式自由選擇；
5、可自由定義收費標准類型，可成批定義學生收費標准也可個性化設置學生收費標准；
6、自動依據收費項目識別需使用票據並自動調取相應票據號碼進行打印；
7、提供基本資料及銀行數據的多種格式導入導出接口，可減輕學生信息的錄入工作；
8、自動依據學生出缺勤情況計算退還夥食費；
9、可群發或單條發送短信與學生家長及時溝通聯系；
10、用戶可自由選擇依據學生收費標准或上月收費表生成當月收費表；
11、可以成批打印收費票據或單張選擇打印收費票據。
收費管理模式
本系統適合多種收費管理模式，主要體現在銀行代扣與現場繳費兩種，銀行代扣與現場繳費實現方式稍有不同，下面分述如下：
1）銀行代扣方式
銀行代扣方式是指家長或幼兒園去指定銀行爲學生統一開設專用繳費賬戶，銀行依據幼兒園定期報送的應繳情況統一扣費處理，扣費完畢，銀行報送扣費信息給幼兒園，幼兒園依據具體扣費信息打印收費票據給學生，作爲扣費憑據。
2）現場繳費方式
現場繳費方式是幼兒家長直接去幼兒園現場交納現金，幼兒園依據幼兒家長繳納的現金開出相應的收費票據作爲繳費的憑據。
